Registration

Those who are new to the Parish are asked to pick up a census form on the table in the lobby of the church, in the church office, or at the welcome station in front of the church.

Forms need to be returned to the church office, put in the collection basket at Mass or mailed to the church. Your registration verifies that you are a member of our Parish. This becomes important when family members are receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Matrimony. Being a sponsor for Baptism here or in another parish requires registration in a parish.

The Parish Office is open from 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Friday. The Welcome Cart is in front of the church during the Sunday Morning Masses.
